Google is adding 65 new emoji to Android Q, including sloth waffles and more
high fives, poop, kisses, angry or heart emoji has become a part in web-based conversations around the world. The number of emoji keep increasing all the time and today google announced that its adding more emoji to Android.
Google told us that they are adding 65 new emoji to Android as a part of World Emoji Day. Few of interesting emoji are sloth, falafels, otter, diya lamp, garlic, waffles, service dogs, an orangutan, and a skunk. you can see them in the image below —
Google also told us that it included 53 gender inclusive designs for emoji.
For example, police officer emoji is shown as male and person getting haircut emoji is female, which can strengthen gender stereotypes, Google explained in press that “With this update, emoji with no gender specified will default to a gender ambiguous design on Android—but you can still choose between male and female presentations if want to opt into a gender.”
